SUMMARY:

Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Corporation of the District of Peachland (the “District”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced companies, interested in performing flood mitigation and associated works along a section of the Okanagan Lake foreshore in Peachland, BC.

Full details of the Work required is provided in Part A of this RFP.  A summary of the Work is as follows:

Location: The Place of the Work is the Okanagan Lake foreshore and vicinity along Beach Avenue (between approximately 4th Street and Swim Bay), Peachland, BC, as shown on the Drawings.

Contract Time: The following are key milestone dates required for the Work:

The Work may commence anytime from:February 1, 2023
Contractor Should Commence Work No later Than:March 1, 2023

Form of Contract: The Contract placed as a result of this RFP will be the MMCD (Master Municipal Construction Documents) 2009 Unit Price Contract, together with supplementary conditions as detailed in Part C of this RFP.
