Description:	Summary: Through this Request for Proposals, the Town of Osoyoos (the “Town”) invites Proposals from suitably qualified organizations for the creation of an implementation plan for universal water metering throughout the Town. The purpose of the plan will be to outline the steps required to implement universal metering, as well as the financial requirements and methods needed to deploy meters throughout the community. The implementation plan is to be completed by December 31, 2020. Full details on the requirements are provided in the attached RFP document.
