SUMMARY: Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the District of Peachland (the “District”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced companies, interested in performing works to further develop and revitalize Turner Park, a community park located at 614 Turner Avenue, Peachland, BC. Work Summary: the work of this contract will include, but is not limited to, the following:
Work Schedule: notwithstanding the District’s preference to complete the project at the earliest opportunity; in this RFP the District is providing Respondents with a flexible window in order to complete all Work, to enable Respondents to choose their most cost-efficient construction schedule. As a result, the only minimum Construction Schedule requirements for evaluation as part of this RFP are that the Work is completed to achieve the following Milestone Dates:
Form of Contract: the Contract placed as a result of this RFP will be the MMCD (Master Municipal Construction Documents) 2019 Edition Unit Price Contract, together with supplementary conditions as detailed in Part C herein. Full details of the Work required is provided in Part A of this RFP.
