SUMMARY: Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the District of Peachland (the “District”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced companies, interested in performing the Westside Trail construction project. The project includes construction of approximately 1070m of 3.0m wide, gravel topped, multi-use pathway which will include:
Full details of the Work required is provided in Part A of this RFP. Location: The Place of the Work is adjacent to Highway 97 in Peachland, BC, as shown on the Drawings. Contract Time: The following are key milestone dates required for the Work:
Form of Contract: The Contract placed as a result of this RFP will be the MMCD (Master Municipal Construction Documents) 2019 Edition Unit Price Contract, together with supplementary conditions as detailed in Part C of this RFP. Full details of the Work required is provided in Part A of this RFP.
