SUMMARY:

Through this Request for Proposals, the Town of Osoyoos invites Proposals from organizations interested in managing the Desert Sunrise Marina, located at Lions Park, Spartan Drive, Osoyoos, BC. The marina management services (the “Services”) are described further in Part A, and will involve the contractor paying a monthly fee to the Town in return for lease of a marina office building.
The term of the contract will be for three summer seasons, commencing on May 1, 2021 and expiring on September 30, 2023. The term may be extended by two further summer seasons, covering 2024 and 2025 at the Town’s sole discretion, and subject to mutual agreement on extension terms.
