SUMMARY: Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Town of Oliver (the “Town”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced companies, interested in performing works to replace the ~300 square metre cedar shake roof plus associated works at the Chamber of Commerce Building, located at 6431 Station Street, Oliver, BC. Full details of the Work required is provided in Division 7, plus Exhibit A of this RFP. A summary of the Work is as follows: Contract Time: The following are key milestone dates required for the Work: • The Work may commence anytime after: May 9, 2022. • The Work must be fully complete and Ready-For-Takeover no later than: September 30, 2022 Form of Contract: The Form of Contract to be executed between the Town and the Contractor for the Work will be the CCDC2 – 2020 Stipulated Price Contract, as modified by Supplementary Conditions herein. Further details on the requirements and how to submit a proposal are contained in the attached RFP Documents. |
