SUMMARY:

Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the District of Peachland (the “District”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced companies, interested in performing works for the expansion of the Lambly Park Pickleball Courts at Lambly Park in Peachland, BC.

Full details of the Work required is provided in Part A of this RFP.  A summary of the Work is as follows:

Location: The Place of the Work is Lambly Park, Peachland, BC, as shown on the Drawings.

Maximum Budget: No maximum budget is being stated for this RFP.

Contract Time: The following are key milestone dates and timelines required for the Work:

• The Work may commence anytime on or after: June 16, 2025 and must commence no later than August 1, 2025.
• Substantial Performance of the Work must be achieved no later than: September 30, 2025
• Total Performance of the Work must be achieved no later than 30 calendar days following Substantial Performance.
• A portion of the Work is located within the existing pickleball courts at Lambly Park and this work within the existing courts must not exceed 6 weeks in duration.

Form of Contract: The Contract placed as a result of this RFP will be the MMCD (Master Municipal Construction Documents) 2019 Edition Unit Price Contract, together with supplementary conditions as detailed in Part C of this RFP.
