Summary:Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Peachland invites Proposals for the supply and delivery of a 1-ton crew cab truck (the “Equipment”), which the District intends modify and use as a Fire Utility Vehicle. The District’s technical specification requirements for the Equipment are listed in the accompanying ‘Appendix B – Equipment Specifications Form’ (excel file). Alternatives or equivalents to specification requirements or named Manufacturers may be considered in some cases, as per the notes provided herein. The District requires the truck to be delivered no later than May 31st 2027 but would prefer an earlier delivery if possible. Full details on the requirements, plus forms to complete and submit a proposal, are contained in the attached RFP Documents. |
