Summary: Through this Request for Proposals, the City of Merritt invites Proposals from experienced companies, for the provision of Construction Management for Services and Construction (under the CCDC5B Contract Structure) for the expansion of the City of Merritt Firehall, located at 1799 Nicola Avenue, Merritt, BC. The Firehall expansion project will include the addition of approximately 4500 square feet of additional space over two levels. Detailed design is to occur from February to April, with construction from June to January. Substantial Performance of construction is required by January 31, 2021. Full details on the project and how to submit a proposal are contained in the attached RFP documents.
