SUMMARY: Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Town of Osoyoos (the “Town”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced demolition companies, interested in performing demolition, removal, and associated works for the demolition of the Osoyoos Curling Rink. The work includes management and disposal of hazardous and regulated materials, as detailed herein. Full details of the Work required is provided in Division 1, plus Exhibits A and B of this RFP. A summary of the Work is as follows: Location: The Place of the Work is the Osoyoos Curling Rink, 19 Park Place, Osoyoos, BC, as shown in Division 1. Contract Time: The following are key milestone dates required for the Work: • The Work may commence anytime after: January 16, 2023 • The Work must be Ready-For-Takeover (total completion) no later than: March 15, 2023 Form of Contract: The Form of Contract to be executed between the Town and the Contractor for the Work will be the CCDC2 – 2020 Stipulated Price Contract, as modified by Supplementary Conditions. Further details are provided in Division 00 of this RFP. |
