Description:	Summary: Through this Request for Proposals, the City of Merritt invites Proposals for various flood mitigation and riverbank protection works at 1 location within the city along the Nicola River. No in-stream work is permitted. All work must be completed to Substantial Performance before February 30th, 2020.
