SUMMARY:

Through this Request for Proposals, the Town of Drumheller seeks the services of a Contractor to perform the following services, if, as and when required, in support of the Town’s sanitary sewer main cleaning and flushing program: 

  • Sewer Main Flushing with a vacuum / jet rod truck 
  • Supporting Traffic Control
  • Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Sewer Pipe Inspection

The intent is for the successful Respondent to enter into a 3-year ‘Standing Offer Contract’ for the Services, whereby the Services will be provided on an ‘if, as, and when required’ basis over the period July 2nd 2026 to June 30th 2029.  No minimum quantity of services will be guaranteed over the Standing Offer Contract term.
