SUMMARY:

Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Town of Osoyoos (the “Town”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced companies, interested in performing watermain upgrade and associated works along Highway 3 in Osoyoos, BC. 

Full details of the Work required is provided in Part A of this RFP.  A summary of the Work is as follows:

Location: The Place of the Work is Highway 3 in Osoyoos, BC and adjacent areas as shown on the Drawings.

Contract Time: The following are key milestone dates required for the Work:

  • The Work may commence anytime after: June 28, 2024
  • Substantial Performance of the Work must be achieved no later than:  September 30, 2024
  • Total Performance of the Work must be achieved no later than 30 days following Substantial Performance.

Form of Contract: The Contract placed as a result of this RFP will be the MMCD (Master Municipal Construction Documents) 2019 Edition Unit Price Contract, together with supplementary conditions as detailed in Part C of this RFP.
